I’m beyond grateful for this beautiful beach community, for my Soho Yoga family, for the love I feel around my butterfly heart. Monday night we shined so bright to all the butterflies out there..over 50 beautiful souls showed up in this arctic frozen winter breeze during Monday night football!!
